Who we are and the scope of our services

Unike is a company based in the United States that advises international entrepreneurs on the selection and evaluation of American franchises suitable for the E2 Investor Visa. We represent a portfolio of over 700 American franchises and accompany the investor from pre-selection and analysis to the signing of the agreement with the franchisor.

Important: Unike is not a law firm and does not provide immigration services. We do not prepare, file, or guarantee the approval of any visa. Our work focuses on selecting and analyzing the right franchise. For the legal and immigration steps, we refer independent professionals (immigration and franchise attorneys), who act on their own behalf and under their sole responsibility.

All educational content on this site — articles, presentations, and materials about the E2 Visa and franchises — is of a general, informational nature and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, accounting, or investment advice. Decisions should be made with the support of duly qualified professionals.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

No part of this site may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written authorization. Franchise brands that may be displayed belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

Consulting services and payment

Our full consulting service covers personalized franchise research, introductions to franchisors, support throughout the evaluation process, helpful resources, and referrals to other professionals, under the conditions described on the Consulting page.

• Fee: US$ 150, charged after the free initial consultation, when you decide to contract the service;
• Bonus: one complimentary consultation with an immigration attorney;
• Guarantee: 100% refund of the fee if you are not satisfied with the options after talking with at least 2 franchisors — valid for two weeks after the franchise presentations.

The guarantee conditions in force at the time of contracting prevail. Fees charged by third parties — such as attorneys, business plan providers, or government agencies — are not included in our service.

This site may contain links to third-party websites and services — such as our franchise portfolio platform, WhatsApp, and franchisor websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Referrals to professionals (such as immigration attorneys) are a courtesy: they act independently, and the relationship is established directly between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content — including visa requirements, statistics, and franchise information, which may change without notice.

No visa approval is ever guaranteed. The decision always belongs to the US immigration authorities. Franchise performance figures, when mentioned, are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions made based on its content — including business losses, visa denials, or investment losses. Our total liability related to the consulting service is limited to the amount actually paid for it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unike harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and the new version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
